1. 我们收集什么 · What we collect
- 账户信息：注册邮箱 / 用户名、充值记录。
- 用量元数据：每次调用的模型、token 数或生成次数、时间戳、状态码、来源 IP。这是计费和排障所必需的全部。
- Account data: registration email / username and top-up records.
- Usage metadata: per-call model, token counts or generation counts, timestamps, status codes, and source IP. That is everything billing and debugging require, and nothing more.
2. 我们不收集什么 · What we do not collect
请求与响应的内容不留存、不用于训练。网关将你的请求转发给对应上游模型厂商处理后即丢弃内容本身；控制台日志里只有上面所列的元数据。
Request and response contents are never stored or used for training. The gateway forwards your request to the corresponding upstream vendor and discards the content itself; console logs contain only the metadata listed above.
3. 上游处理 · Upstream processing
你的请求内容必须传递给所调用模型的上游厂商（如 OpenAI、Anthropic、Google 等的接口服务方）才能得到响应，其处理行为受各自隐私政策约束。选择模型即视为接受该上游的处理。
Your request content must reach the upstream vendor of the model you call to produce a response; their processing is governed by their own privacy policies. Calling a model constitutes acceptance of that upstream's processing.
4. Cookie 与本地存储 · Cookies & local storage
官网只用 localStorage 记住你的语言偏好，无第三方追踪、无广告 Cookie。控制台登录会话使用必要的会话 Cookie。
This site uses localStorage only to remember your language preference — no third-party tracking, no ad cookies. The console uses strictly necessary session cookies for login.
5. 数据安全与保留 · Security & retention
账户与用量数据存储于访问受控的服务器，传输全程 TLS。用量元数据保留用于账单审计；账户注销后相关数据在合理期限内删除，法律要求保留的除外。
Account and usage data live on access-controlled servers with TLS in transit. Usage metadata is retained for billing audit; after account deletion, data is removed within a reasonable period unless retention is legally required.
