1. 服务描述 · The Service

API Plaza（"本服务"）是一个 OpenAI 兼容的模型聚合网关：你通过一个 base URL 和 API key 调用第三方文本、图片、视频模型。模型本身由对应上游厂商提供，本服务负责中转、计费与可用性调度。

API Plaza ("the Service") is an OpenAI-compatible model aggregation gateway: one base URL and one API key to call third-party text, image, and video models. The models themselves are provided by their upstream vendors; the Service handles relay, metering, and availability routing.

2. 账户与 API Key · Accounts & Keys

  • 你需在控制台注册账户并自助创建 API key；key 等同于你的账户凭证，请妥善保管，泄露导致的用量由账户持有人承担。
  • 一人可持有多个 key，可为 key 设置额度、模型范围与 IP 限制。
  • You register in the console and mint API keys yourself. A key is a bearer credential: usage made with a leaked key is billed to the account holder — keep it safe.
  • Keys can carry quotas, model allowlists, and IP restrictions.

3. 计费与退款 · Billing & Refunds

  • 按量后付费：LLM 按输入/输出 token，图片按张，视频按时长档。价格以目录页公示为准，调价即时生效并在更新页公告。
  • 上游返回错误的请求不计费。
  • 充值余额长期有效。余额一经充值不支持退款，请按实际用量按需充值。
  • 若因本服务故障导致重复扣费或错误扣费，经核实后以等额账户额度补回。
  • Pay-as-you-go: LLMs by input/output tokens, images per generation, video by duration tier. Published catalog prices apply; changes take effect immediately and are announced on the Updates page.
  • Requests that error upstream are never billed.
  • Balance does not expire. Top-ups are non-refundable — please top up according to your actual usage.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges caused by a Service fault are restored as equivalent account credit after verification.

4. 可接受使用 · Acceptable Use

  • 禁止用于违法用途、生成侵害他人权利的内容、绕过上游厂商的使用政策，或对本服务进行攻击、爬取、转售套利。
  • 违反本条的账户可能被限流、暂停或终止；剩余未消费余额按第 3 条处理。
  • No unlawful use, no generating content that violates others' rights, no circumventing upstream vendors' usage policies, and no attacking, scraping, or arbitrage-reselling the Service.
  • Violating accounts may be rate-limited, suspended, or terminated; remaining unused balance is handled per Section 3.

5. 服务可用性 · Availability

本服务以现状提供，通过多渠道调度与故障转移尽力维持可用，但不对不可抗力或上游厂商故障导致的中断承担间接损失责任。实时状态见状态页。

The Service is provided as-is. We maintain availability through multi-channel routing and failover, but are not liable for consequential damages from outages caused by force majeure or upstream vendor failures. See the status page for live health.

6. 数据 · Data

请求与响应内容不留存、不用于训练；详见隐私政策。

Request and response contents are never stored or used for training; see the Privacy Policy.

7. 条款变更 · Changes

条款更新将在本页发布并更新日期；重大变更会在更新页公告。继续使用即视为接受。

Updates are posted here with a new date; material changes are announced on the Updates page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
